Submitting the student intake form is the first step toward getting scheduled for a lesson. Please only submit the form when you are genuinely ready and available to take a lesson. Once you have completed the form, I’ll send you an invoice for the day-lesson deposit, which reserves your place in the scheduling queue.

The initial day lesson is a great way to get started, experience paragliding instruction, and decide whether you would like to continue into the full training program. The day-lesson deposit is for the day lesson itself and does not commit you to purchasing the full course.

Because paragliding is highly weather-dependent, scheduling may need to move around based on conditions. If a lesson is canceled or rescheduled because of weather, your payment will remain as a credit toward a future lesson, up to $300. Weather cancellations will not cause you to lose your credit.

Our standard cancellation policy is 48 hours. If you cancel or reschedule a scheduled lesson with less than 48 hours’ notice for reasons other than weather, your deposit is forfeited. You will need to submit a new deposit to get back into the scheduling queue.

Enrolling in the Full Course

If, after your initial lesson(s), you decide that you would like to continue with the full training program, we’ll discuss the next steps and get you enrolled.

The full course tuition is due in full when you commit to the full course. Of the total course tuition, $1,500 becomes non-refundable upon enrollment. This covers the commitment to reserve your training time and begin progressing through the program.

Once you have completed your first three days of training, the full course payment becomes non-refundable.

This means that the initial day lesson gives you an opportunity to experience the training before making the larger commitment to the full course. Once you decide to enroll, however, please be prepared to commit the necessary time and resources to completing the program.

By submitting this intake form and paying the day-lesson deposit, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these scheduling, cancellation, and course-payment policies.
